Reiki is the life force energy that connects our higher self to everything around us.  Reiki is a fantastic way to balance and energise the body, mind and soul.  Studies have shown that during healing sessions a Reiki Master's hands emanate energy that produces a significantly larger bio magnetic reading (7-10Hz – Theta and Alpha range) than the hands of a non-practitioner.  These frequencies interact with our bio magnetic field and are associated with physical healing.  The Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit for Reiki energy, and passes it through to the client by placing their hands on or slightly above the client's body.

I have provided Reiki to clients for a vast array of reasons, including injury, pain (both physical and emotional), relaxation, stress-relief and specifically for chakra balancing, to name a few. 

I offer both mobile (I come to you) and clinic room (Sawyers Valley) services in the Eastern Hills.

Reiki Sessions

Duration: 1 hour

Investment: $80

Purpose: Whatever your reason for seeking Reiki, my aim is to both meet your needs and to see you leave your session feeling lighter and more energised than when you entered.

During the Session:  During your treatment session you will sit or lay on a treatment bed, therefore loose fitting comfortable clothing is recommended. I may lightly place my hands in various positions on your body during the session.  If you do not wish for this to occur, please advise me.  A non-touch technique can be used and does not impact the effectiveness of treatment.
